Vishhal Arorah

Having an experience of more than 18 years Mr. Arorah who is a Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Bachelor of Laws and Commerce, is a seasoned faculty for Company Law, Secretarial Audit & Due Diligence. He started his carrier with Magnum Group of Companies which is into power generation sector as Company Secretary. He has been actively participating in Alternate Dispute Resolution mechanism to resolve disputes between management and shareholders. He is a trainer at Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (A body of Ministry of Corporate Affairs) and an active speaker at various public forums.
