Rakshita is a senior HR professional with over 20 years of leadership experience of having served diverse industries. She has worked in all the integral constituents of HR organization and specialized as a HR Centre of Excellence professional. As a human resources leader she has been active in building leadership effectiveness, resource engagement, talent and capabilities, which are necessary to achieve business objectives and deliver premier performance. She has also lead complex cultural integration projects post mergers and acquisitions. She has been an HR leader in transformation and employee engagement for Global MNCs. Change management, sales excellence programs and leading organizations by reinvigorating through employee experience, innovation and sustainability across global geographies have been her forte.
Apart from being an expert and knowledgeable HR leader she is a versatile business leader too. She is an angel investor in innovative technology startups and also serves as a mentor and guide to startups that have received series-D funding. She has also been instrumental in assisting organizations to be IPO ready.
Education
She has a PhD in Organizational Behavior and is a Certified Coach and Corporate Director. She brings along with her an amply rich experience and learning having worked in a wide spectrum of industries such as Engineering, Pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Consulting, IT, Consumer Durables to name just a few.
Work
She has worked as Chief Consultant for women empowerment project funded by World Bank and EU and has represented India on “AIDS CONTROL PLAN” organized by Japan International Agency at OSAKA, Japan. She is ICC Chairperson for POSH and external committee member for various organizations.
She creates and delivers specially designed interventions to cater to organizational needs. These comprise of Experiential and Game based training programmes and various assessments including Psychometrics, 360-degree, simulation based. She is a recognized specialist for training interventions for leadership teams, boards of Directors, Women Leadership & one-to-one coaching for senior and Growth Leaders.
She has also enabled organizations transform through Employee Engagement, Cultural Transformation and Employer Branding. She has been instrumental in designing solutions to build an ‘Intraprenuerial ecosystem’ in companies and helped business grow through Sales Excellence programs. She has provided leadership and strategy to the enterprise learning system aimed at providing a comprehensive and successful learning framework to build immediate and long-term competencies. She has also helped develop Global Competency Framework & Talent management strategies to meet the needs of ever changing business landscape.
