Deepak Garg

Mr. Deepak Garg is practicing as an Advocate before National Company Law Tribunal and its appellate authority, New Delhi, Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and District Courts of Delhi. He is Post Graduate in Law and a fellow member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He also holds a diploma in Intellectual property rights Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and Diploma in Internal Audit Operations from the ICSI. He is a registered Insolvency Professional with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). In past, he has over 12 years of hands on experience in Corporate Legal and Secretarial matters with prominent business groups viz, Jubilant group, Hindusthan group, Usha Martin group and B K Birla group and looked after Corporate Legal and Secretarial department. He has practical experience of handling corporate restructuring viz, the scheme of demerger, amalgamation and rights issue of listed companies. He has delivered lectures on soft skills, motivation in the EDP programmes conducted by the ICSI from time to time.
