Ms. Parihar is a Company Secretary in Practise and heads it’s Secretarial Audit, Corporate Governance Audit and Due Diligence functions. She is the member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Bachelor of Commerce from University of Delhi. She has more than 6 years of hands on experience in compliance management system, stock options planning and Intellectual Property Right (IPR) matters.
She has distinguished exposure in handling various matters pertaining to Securities Law and Reserve Bank of India. Her major role includes Formulation of strategies and designing of risk management compliance systems for listed companies and advisory to start-ups in capital structuring, stock options planning, IPR registration and FEMA Compliances related matters.
